How to Join Us

We’re pleased to welcome new patients to Swanson Medical Centre!

As a community-focused practice, we prioritise quality care for those living within our local area. 

Our enrolment area now includes a wider region than before. It extends:

• West to Te Henga / Bethells Beach

• North to Hunter Road, covering Waitākere Township

• East along Sunnyvale Road, Redhills Road, and the southern side of Redhills, through to Don Buck Road

• North-East along the southern side of Waimumu Road

• Scenic Drive from Swanson to (and including) Mountain Road

• Along Henderson Valley Road to Border Road

• Up Palomino Drive, down Sturges Road to Swanson Road

• Along the western side of Rathgar Road to Universal Drive

• From the corner of Universal Drive heading back toward Swanson on both sides of the road

• And finally, the lower part of Don Buck Road

This expansion now includes parts of Southern Massey and areas of Summerland / Western Heights.

Please note: You can only be enrolled at one general practice at a time to access the full benefits of being part of a Primary Health Organisation (PHO).
