We are very excited to now be able to offer our patients access to Manage My Health (MMH). MMH is a safe and secure portal into your medical notes.

Manage My Health is a free service which allows you to book appointments on line, access test results, request repeat prescriptions and see some of your medical records on line. You will be also able to communicate securely with your health care team securely.

When you are next in please ask about MMH and we will set you up.
