Virtual/Video Consultations

We are now able to offer Video Consultations with our Doctors. Video/Virtual consults are being used widely these days and can be a very useful option saving travel and wait time for appropriate consults. We hope that offering this service for some consults will help to make things more efficient for everyone.

Travel Medicine consultation
Acne management
Contraception discussions/repeat scripts
Wound checks – following up small wounds.
Long term mental health reviews
Repeat prescriptions
Work and Income Benefit Review
Advice/Certification for Off-work
Physical access difficulties – long distance from doctor or difficulty coming in

Book in with reception the usual way, and specify request for Video/Virtual Consult. The charge will be the same as for a standard consultation.

Please note that the service used, is fully encrypted and the footage of the consultation is destroyed immediately following the call.
